POST INSTALLATION FIX

3 years ago we had 2 bathrooms converted to walk in from tubs and old tiles along with 2 new toilets. This week one of the installed toilet began to leak from underneath and we contacted Luxury Bath concerning the issue based on our warranty. They were respectful of our problem and scheduled a service call for the following week. On Friday I received a call that their techs would arrive on Saturday instead of next week. Amazed at the prompt service, I awaited their arrival. Mike and Mike (no they didn't look alike) called with an arrival time and appeared at my door early. The repair was a literal PITA, so to speak, but was accomplished in about 45 minutes. They were clean, explained what they were doing (for my own education) and polite as can be. We couldn't be happier with the post install customer service, fast response and techs who performed our original and subsequent fix. If I had another bathroom, they would be my first and only choice. CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH for your care and concern.
