From start to finish we could not be happier with our new master bath. Marvin, our sales rep, reviewed all products in detail with us and explained the whole process. Ray took measurements and went over some details to make sure we understood placement of things like shower seat and size of vanity. Eric and Deyond are excellent installers and the nicest people! They protected our floors with tarps and rolled them up at days end and swept the floors as they left. They made sure everything was placed where we wanted like height of shower seat, placement of shelves, direction of the flooring. If you can ask for specific installers I highly recommend Eric and Deyond. Enjoying our new LuxuryBath!!
My wife and I selected Luxury Bath over several other bathroom remodel companies not only because they were competitively priced but also because they came across as genuine and sincere in wanting to provide the best service and best quality products to meet our needs. Eran, the sales representative who met with us was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions without hedging or leaving out details like sales reps from other companies did. Camry, the installer did an excellent job and made sure everything was neat and tidy at the end of the job. When there was a misunderstanding about the placement of one of the grab bars in the shower, they installed a second bar in the correct location at no cost to us simply to ensure our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the work they did and love the shower stall. It exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome.
Must say I was a little apprehensive about the tub/shower redo. Price and how long I would have to wait before it could be done. Well, first the new shower is great, second they beat the original estimate of when they could do the job by 2-3 weeks. Lastly, We had two of the best working to install our shower. --Shirgio and oh I forgot. but they took the time to do the job right. Could have hurried and finished it in two days but worked extra coming back a third morning to do it right. Boss grudgingly let them spend the extra time but said yes. Thank you !!!
My experience with luxury Bath was great. The products installed look modern and high quality. The installers Clint and JoSue were very professional. The work area always looked clean and the job was completed on time. Overall a positive experience and would recommend.
Our experience with Ken the sales associate, was very thorough explained all our questions. Then the outstanding men that actually did the job Antonio and Jonal were the best courteous, on time, stayed late, very nice Son & Father. Cleaned everything up every day. What a Great job we are very pleased.
