Our experience with Luxury Bath of Washington and Oregon went much better than we ever dreamed it would! Elisa was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions clearly and realistically. She was very helpful in what to expect with our choices and was great in step-by-step communication. Camry was also helpful and completed the job on time as agreed. The workmanship is great and as we can tell will meet our needs for a long time to come. I would definitely recommend their service !
Amazing renovation and tile work completed by Peter and Jeff. They were perfectionists, took time to clean up each day, and pleasant taking time to answer questions. Really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.

Hector& Rob were my installation guys. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. Joe J. not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues.. but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists in Hector and Rob. I'm not easily impressessed but this time .. Absolutey!! This bathroom should impress even the most sceptical. Thanks to all the team - but especially to Hector who actually is capable of dreams come true!
On our initial call to Luxury Bath, Bruce, owner and operator, made it a priority to come out and assess our current shower situation. With his knowledge and professionalism , he guided us on creating the shower of our dreams with all the bells and whistles will staying affordable.Quality products and workmanship goes hand in hand. His team had excellent communication and follow through, would definitely recommend.
Our sales contact was Bruce. He and his team were invaluable. Usually after signing a contract, the sales person disappears. But when his team opened the walls to install new green board, they found every homeowners DREAM - rotted wood and bad insulation. I explained to Bruce that we were not able to pick up the needed materials. He enlisted the help of his installers and they completed a beautiful job. Love the quality of all materials and especially the barn door glass railing system. Such an upgrade to the older track doors of yesterday. Truly professional.
Dallys was friendly and accommodating with assistance in scheduling! Dennis, Mario and Christian did amazing work installing our shower! It was installed in September and we couldn't be more in love with it! We received everything we envisioned! From our very first encounter to the end, everyone was professional and left a lasting impression. We will definitely refer Luxury Bath to friends and family and we look forward to working with them again in the near future!
Bruce was very friendly and immediately trusted him. The workers were great. Worked continuously all day only took one break for lunch. Put down protective plastic so as to not bother dirty my carpet. The only issue that I have is that I have now I have a painter in the bathroom painting the ceiling and walls and he’s having an issue with the caulk that they used at the top of the shower by the ceiling. It is waterproof which makes sense. The paint will not stick to it. That’s the only issue that I have. Maybe next time they could use just a regular caulk. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Thank you guys for a job well done
Jacob did a fantastic job with remodeling our small bathroom. He was professional, provided us with the expectations of what would happen when, and performed to what he said he would do. Even when there was a discovery, Jacob ensured we were kept informed of what he was doing as he masterfully completed the work. He was also fantastic in working the noisy parts of the job around the times our daughter was taking her final college tests on-line so that she could focus, while he got the work done on time. The workmanship is beautiful, the appearance is incredible and the product is living up to the hype. We have one more bathroom to do and we want Jacob S. to do that one for us too - he was that good.
