We signed-up with Luxury Bath of Seattle for our remodel and crossed our fingers while hoping for the best. Yet, we were blown-away with the excellent service from our in-home appraiser Mr. Carlos Bezerra. He simply put us at ease and was first class all the way! But our installer-technician Estaben put on a "One Man Show" with his variety of amazing skills, patience and professionalism and hope his efforts are acknowledged and rewarded. Plus, the in-house coordination from Nichole at the home office was very supportive as she reassured us of their favorable results. Great job from all and we give them all a 5 Star+ rating.
