Solved warranty issue

Had a previous review giving this company only 1 star on initial review. This company stepped up ( and beyond ) with regards of taking care of a warranty issue I had. The franchise I purchased our bath/shower unit from had closed. Headquarters ended up sending another franchise partner from another state to resolve our issues. Very good warranty service !
